Appointments
We use an appointment system as our holistic dentists and doctors’ value the extra time with their patients. Please ask our receptionists if you require longer consultation times.
As a courtesy reminder of your appointment our receptionist will text and/or phone you 24-48 hours before your appointment. Please attend your appointment as a cancellation fee will apply for cancellations less than 24 hours notice (50-100% of the cancellation fee).
We apologise if we are running late as emergencies will be given priority. Our receptionists will call you to let you know if we are running at least 30 minutes late. You are also welcome to call our receptionists to see how your doctor is progressing with their appointments.
Patient Recall & Reminder System
Our Dental and Medical practice has a recall and reminder system for regular check-ups.
Please ask your dentist and/or doctor to include you on the register. You will also be
notified by letter or phone call (if urgent) of any abnormal results.
Privacy & Management of your Personal Health Information
Your medical and dental health records are confidential documents. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. You will be first notified if any third parties make any attempts to contact us about your personal details.

The premises are designed well for patients with disability. If you have any special needs, please discuss them with the receptionist when you ring for an appointment.
