A balanced, high protein, healthy fat [oils, nuts etc], sugar free diet can help with weight loss. The timing of food intake can also help. Avoid late night snacking and eating meals later in the evenings within 1 hour of natural melatonin being released ie sleep time, as studies demonstrate this increases the risk of increased body fat. Regular daily exercise is also essential to help with weight loss.
